By creating an account or using PocketFriend, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

PocketFriend is a personal finance tracking application that allows you to manually record income and expenses, set budgets, create savings goals, and view financial reports. The service does not provide financial advice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account with others.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PocketFriend only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, interfere with its operation, or use it to store illegal content.

5. Subscription Plans

PocketFriend offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide additional features and higher usage limits. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of the financial data you enter into PocketFriend. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

PocketFriend is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any financial decisions you make based on information displayed in the app. PocketFriend is a tracking tool, not a financial advisor.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
